Scheduled delay in production and shipping time - Jan 2023

To our valued BMGifts customers,

The purpose behind penning this letter is to inform you about our delay in production and shipping in next few days. Due to the fact that we’re having our biggest New Year holiday in Asia, our distribution centers and carriers are expecting delays up to 7 business days.

Typically packages are shipped within 2-3 weeks, and our customer service team replies to inquiries within 1 day. However - for the reason we mentioned above - during this period, all orders that placed from Jan 10, 2023 to Jan 25, 2023 will be delayed in production and shipping from our distribution centers. Our Customer service is also having a holiday, resulting in longer wait time up to 72 hours.
