All our items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we produce that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Orders typically ship within 5-9 business days. Follow this instruction below to find shipping confirmation email and go to order status page:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our portal: contact@bmgifts.co with subject "Order #BMG000000 confirmed" or "A shipment from order #BMG000000 is on the way" and a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home!
• In case you haven't received it, please check carefully on your mailbox (spam/promotion box) and try searching for our email address: contact@bmgifts.co

We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
